Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate’s Holiday Home Decor Contest

It’s finally here – the most wonderful time of the year! We’re ready to put up the stockings for Christmas. Excitement is in the air, but there’s something missing, YOU! We want to see your best holiday displays.

Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate Group is proud to present it’s first Holiday Home Decorating Contest.


Below you will find a list of everything you need to know regarding the contest.

  1. To enter the contest, please choose your favorite interior photo that best showcases your holiday decor and email it to    include your name, and the town where you live in North Durham or Kawartha Lakes. 
  2. Photos will start to be accepted, on Monday November 28th and will close December 11th at 6pm. The first round will result in 5 top photos chosen by the Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate team.
  3. The top 5 photos from the first round will be announced December 13th.
  4. From noon December 13th through noon on December 16th, it will be your job to get the word out to friends and family to like, comment, and share your favourite holiday photo! We will post the 5 top photos on our Facebook Page  and from there you need to share the original post in order for the like, share, or comment to count.  It also needs to have this exposure before December 16th in order to be counted.  Deadline to complete this will be December 16th in order to qualify.
  5. The winner will be the photo with the most likes, shares, and comments on Facebook. The first Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate Group Holiday Home Decorating Contest and will be announced Saturday December 17th!

You accept that your home photo will be publicaly displayed on the internet. The top home will receive a gift prize valued at $150.

This contest is designed to promote holiday decor in North Durham area – Scugog Township, Uxbridge, Brock Township, Cannington and  Kawartha Lakes area.

By entering this contest, you release your photos for the promotion of Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate Group at your own risk to be used in the absolute discretion of Puckrin and Latreille Real Estate.

Only photos submitted between November 28th to December 11th will be accepted to the official contest.
